Dear parents and program administrators,

We are so proud of the work your students are doing in our schools, classrooms, and programs, and through our special student events and competitions. We would like your permission to take pictures, videos, and/or audio recordings of them and/or their work/project to potentially share on the Tulare County Office of Education’s (TCOE) website, publications, and social media. Occasionally, media outlets such as news agencies, radio stations, and television stations may ask us to use these photos, video, and/or audio recordings as well.

To give us your permission, please complete one of the two Media Release forms found in the “Agreement Forms” dropdown menu above.

If your student is a member of a TCOE charter school or community school, special education program, Early Childhood Education program, or a CHOICES After School Program (CASP), please complete the “Internal” Media Release.

If your student is participating in a TCOE program or special event, such as SCICON/Circle J-Norris Ranch, Theatre Company, Planetarium & Science Center, Project AWARE, or any of the special student events and competitions listed at tcoe.org/StudentEvents, please complete the “External” Media Release.
